this series was totally amazing, moving from where you were running for you life from a bad wolf to being with that same wolf in a new place where you both can be happy and raise your young together.

This was the way to read this book. I read them all one by one. I like this way much better. It is a captivating story line. They way they traveled, the bond they shared. Its incredible, how you can see how it happens. Like you are there.

this series made me feel like I was part of the story it self. It was so passionate, compelling and heart felt I'm tempted to go back and re-read the entire series again. A huge thank you to Canis Blackfang for this great work a super must read and a very highly recommended read. If ever you were going to invest in a great series this would be the one!
This was a very enjoyable story in what may have been been an alternate universe or on earth at a different time than the present. An indigenous tribe of wolf shifters, living in a harsh desert environment, struggle with bandit raids and diminishing food supplies. The characters are well drawn, the plot is interesting and there's an interesting resolution. Give it a try!
I received a free review copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I enjoyed each book as I read them individually but I am finding that I prefer to read the complete set. The transitions are smoother or maybe it is because the previous book is still fresh in my mind.
This is the story of Zan, an unusual omega, in that though his tribe always protected their omegas, he has a mind of his own and felt that he should be able to contribute to the tribe so he learned to hunt and to fight by talking his way into getting what he wanted. He feels unfulfilled and dreams of Ripfang, the leader of a pack of bandits.
His tribe is attacked as they make a trek across the desert and Zan joins the fight but gets so focused on destroying Ripfang that he follows him into the desert and loses all sense of direction. Ripfang saves him and they are forced to stay together due to a violent sandstorm between them and Zan's tribe's location.
I would recommend this book to readers who would love to read about a strong omega and alpha duo. It is a refreshing take on the dynamic between the two.
